- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
- Shipping Charges:
- Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹75 shipping charge.
- Orders ₹500 and above: Free shipping.
- Delivery Attempts: Two delivery attempts will be made. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to Green Aura, and the customer must bear the shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Products must remain unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
- Returns due to subjective reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product taste or smell are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Process for Returns:
- Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of damage or defects.
- Returns requests to be sent to info@mygreenaura.com for approval.
- Return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer, refunded upon verification of genuine claims.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after product inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
