Refund & Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Products must remain unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.

    • Returns due to subjective reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product taste or smell are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Process for Returns:

    • Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of damage or defects.

    • Returns requests to be sent to support@mygreenaura.com for approval.

    • Return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer, refunded upon verification of genuine claims.

  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after product inspection and approval.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
